The Philosophy of Food Blog is a way to share my views regarding food. cooking & eating, growing, culture, the environment and parenting. Food is our energy and effects every part of our being. Changing some food habits can make a world of difference to our health, happiness, our environment and our social responsibility.
It can also pave the way for our children to inherit a healthier life-style. I’m no extremist and the base of most of my views is common sense and asking questions. Not simply buying/eating what we see on TV or what our neighbors do.
